street style is seen all over our instagram feeds by our most stylish friends, family, and favorite influencers when they're on luxurious trips. for my street style shoot, the concept is that of a stylish couple on a trip to guanajuato CITY, mexico Who has aligned their outfits perfectly to each activity in their itinerary.

Styling

street style has started to see an influx of high-end luxury items mixed with more accessible pieces.

for her, i chose a feminine yet edgy outfit that is warm enough and comfortable enough to walk through the streets of guanajuato while sightseeing. she'll be wearing a casual shirt dress from balenciaga for her outfit, tights, cleo boots, and a vegan clutch all in black for accessories.

For him, i have chosen something more subdued - after all, he doesn't want to steal attention away from his girlfriend. basic sweatpants and a colorful tie-dye t-shirt for his outfit with air jordans and a rains backpack for carrying their souvenirs comfortably on the cobblestone streets.

While the stylish couple has precisely packed for their trip, they're always adding pieces to their wardrobe from across the world. she has picked up a burnt red bomber at mexico-based ocelote for a pop of color, and he has picked up a denim jacket at the pack to add to his 'basics' for outerwear.

LOCATION/SHOTS

given the vibrant colors of the houses and buildings in guanajuato city, our tourist couple has plenty of backdrops to choose from when posing. the stairways are a dream location for an up-down and so is the intersection of two colorful buildings. i'd experiment with proximity of shots as well, capturing full shots and medium shots of the couple and the individuals across the city.
